1) Insomnia or extreme sleepiness
It’s normal to have trouble falling asleep sometimes or sleep and do nothing over the weekend. But you may be depressed if it happens almost every day for at least 2 weeks.
2) You find it hard to make decisions
You just can’t bring yourself to make any decisions, especially important ones. No matter how much you think or research, you still struggle to make a choice.
3) Your body aches all over
Your back aches. Your head hurts. You have random muscle pain. Depression doesn’t just affect your mind. It can have an impact on your body as well.
4) You always think about the same problems
You think about the same issues over and over again but have no solutions. Your focus is mainly on the problems and nothing else.

You have a hopeless outlook on life. You feel lost and helpless. You are no longer interested in the dreams you once had.
