I know it is not easy dealing with insecurities. To be feeling vulnerable, unsafe and unable to find comfort in anything, it can take a huge toll on you. Mentally, physically but mostly emotionally. I know you just can’t seem to stop worrying about what people may think of you or what they say behind your back. I know that no matter how hard you try, it is never enough. I know that each time you think you are the best, there is always someone else that is better or has things easier. Sometimes you need someone to support you but at the same time you want to be alone. It is difficult to explain. I understand. Dealing with insecurities is not an easy thing.
