If You Want To Get What You Want In Life, You Have To Place Yourself Under Stress

if you want to get what you want in life, you have to place yourself under stress

Nothing comes easy in life. If you really want something, you have to be willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen and force yourself to grow in order to reach your goals. It’s up to you to make a difference and if you want to get what you want in life, you have to place yourself under stress.

Most people are paralyzed by fear. Overcome it and you take charge of your life and your world.

1)  Use your fear as a motivator

If you’re afraid of failing, you need to learn to use fear before it uses you. List down all the reasons that are stopping you from moving forward no matter how uncomfortable it makes you feel.

Stop hiding behind your excuses. Remind yourself that if you don’t face your fears, you will still be where you are 5 years from now. Instead of focusing on your fears, try to think of the solutions.

You don’t need to have all the answers right now, but it is important for you to be willing to take the plunge because your comfort zone will not take you far in life.

2) Push your boundaries

People often give up on what they want because they believe that reaching their goal is beyond their abilities.

You will not discover your capabilities or true potential if you don’t push your limits. You have to get uncomfortable. You will not get the muscles you want if you don’t lift the weights.

The only way to make it happen is to get yourself under the weight and not stop when it hurts. You should only stop when you reach the zone long past it started hurting.

You need to push yourself to the limit of what you think you’re capable of, go past that and adapt. It is the only way you can get to where you want to go in life. It will be difficult at first, but you will succeed eventually.

3) Know that failure is inevitable

You have to stop living in fear if you want to achieve your goals. Always remind yourself that your dreams are far more important than your fear of failure.

Failing is part of the process. You may fall a few times, but you have to learn to get back on your feet if you want to get what you want.

Take it as a lesson and an opportunity to grow. Learn from your mistakes. Adjust your strategy or approach the next time around.

It’s okay for things to get messy. It’s okay to feel stressed out in the pursuit of greatness. Sometimes failure can even help refine what you want and don’t want in life.

If something didn’t work out or wasn’t the right fit, you can always ask yourself what you really want and move forward.

There’s a lot of blood, sweat, and guts between dreams and success
